Routine appointments are now bookable via the ‘contact us online’ section of the website. As of the 01/10/2025 all routine appointments have to go through patient triage. Following triage, you will be contacted by the practice—either via telephone or with a booking link—to arrange your face-to-face or telephone appointment.
If you are unable to complete the Patient Triage form online, please visit the surgery in person or contact us by phone. A member of our Reception Team will be happy to complete the form on your behalf.
